Port Blair!!!! Welcome to port Blair the capital and gateway to island. On arrive at Port Blair airport, our representative will receive and escorted to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel and relax. Afternoon, proceed to panoramic tour of Corbyn’s Cove beach. After the visit of Carbyn’s Cove Beach we proceed to Cellular Jail for Light & Sound Show where the saga of the freedom struggle brought alive. After the sightseeing we proceed back to Hotel and overnight stay at Port Blair. Corbyn's Cove beach: we Corbyn’s Cove is one of the most picturesque sea-beaches in Port Blair, Andaman Islands, ideal for sea bathing and sun-basking. The tourism complex offer restaurant & changing room. The entire environ provides a panoramic view of the blue water front. Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail : At evening, we move for the Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail where the saga of the freedom struggle brought alive.
Today, after breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to North Bay Island (Coral Island) to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fishes and other marine life. In the evening, return to Port Blair. Then, visit Ross Island from where the Britishers' governed the entire Andaman and Nicobar islands, prior to India's Independence. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deers, peacocks, exotic birds etc. Overnight in Port Blair.
An early morning departure to Ferry Terminal in Port Blair. Inter-Island transfer by ferry to Havelock Island. On arrival at Havelock Island, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. After breakfast, we proceed to Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7), the Times Magazine rated the finest beach among the best beaches in Asia. It is an ideal place for swimming, sea bathing and basking on the sun kissed beach. After noon we proceed back towards Port Blair (via ferry) and overnight stay at Port Blair.
After Breakfast, we start our journey towards Mount Harriet, the highest peak in the South Andamans (365 metres high). During British Raj, was established as the summer headquarters of the Chief Commissioner. In this place one can enjoy the fascinating over view of the surrounding islands and the sea. Also a best place for trekking upto the point called Maduban.
Prepare to explore the stunning underwater life of Andaman Islands. Depart by 0830 hrs for Wandoor to enter the Mahatma Gandhi National Park (29 kms from Port Blair, it is a 281 sq kms national park with 15 small and large Islands). Visit Red Skin or Jolly Bouy depending on which Island is open and get lost in the magical underwater life with variety of fishes and corals; it is a 45 minute boat ride through stunning uninhabited Islands. It is advisable to carry water and packed lunch. Snorkelling is really simple, so if you are just a beginner and have never tried it before don’t miss this opportunity to get your glimpse of what the underwater world has to offer. Evening at Leisure.
After Breakfast proceed towards enjoy the panoramic city tour that includes popular Cellular Jail (National Memorial), Chatham saw mill (the oldest and biggest mill in Asia), Forest Museum, Samundrika (Naval Marine Museum), Science Centre, Anthropological Museum, which displays the tools, models habitats, art and handcrafts of the aboriginal tribes of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Overnight in Port Blair Shopping : At evening, we proceed to Sagarika ( the Govt. Emporium of Handcraft) and local market for shopping.
